The Massoth 8201005 eMOTION LS is a compact sound decoder rated at 1.5 amps, designed for single-motor locomotives. It combines a motor decoder with a high-quality sound amplifier supporting up to 6 audio channels. Despite its small size, the LS provides 6 functional outputs.

The decoder supports both analog and digital operation. Sound functions are available even at low voltage, and features such as Break on DC braking are supported. It is fully NMRA DCC compliant and automatically recognizes LGB® MZS systems. A SUSI interface and LGB control are integrated.

With up to 145 seconds of sound playback, the LS delivers authentic locomotive sounds in digital quality, including startup, idle, driving, and shutdown phases. Software and sound updates can be loaded via the programming track (requires PC module 8175101). Supplied with motor connection cable and wires for light and function outputs. A speaker must be present in the locomotive or ordered separately.
