Claim

We do our utmost to deliver all orders to you in perfect condition. However, it can unfortunately happen that a package gets damaged or does not arrive. We pack our items with care, but due to circumstances with the carrier, something may unexpectedly go wrong.

Did you choose uninsured shipping?
In that case, it is unfortunately not possible to file a damage claim. We hope for your understanding.

Did you choose insured shipping?
Then we are happy to assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier. For this, we need some information from you. The more complete and prompt your submission, the better we can assist you.

If the tracking shows the package as delivered, but you did not receive it:

  • A short written statement (with signature) confirming that you did not receive the package.

If the product was delivered damaged:

Please send us the following information:

  • A brief statement (email is fine) describing the damage.
  • The following photos:
    • The outside of the box.
    • The inner packaging.
    • The shipping label with barcode and address (clearly readable).
    • The opened package from above, showing the full contents.
    • The entire product.
    • An additional photo clearly showing the damage.
  • A list of the items you wish to claim, including model, item number, color, and quantity.

Important:
The claim must be submitted to the carrier within 14 days of delivery. As we also need a few days to process it, we kindly ask you to provide the required information within 10 days of receiving the package (or the delivery date according to tracking). If the information is submitted too late, we will unfortunately not be able to file a claim.
