Claim

We strive to ensure that all our deliveries are received in good condition, but unfortunately, this is not always the case.
We package the items as well as possible, but the well-known issues with carriers and handling sometimes lead to problems.
Did you choose uninsured shipping? Then, unfortunately, we can't do anything for you.
Did you choose insured shipping? Then we will file a claim for you.

If you have not received the shipment, but tracking shows that the package has been delivered:

  • Written statement (+ signature) from the customer specifically confirming that you have not received the delivery.

If the product you received is damaged:

  • Written statement (+ signature) from the customer or an email confirming the damage.
  • Multiple photos of the outer packaging.
  • Multiple photos of the inner packaging.
  • Multiple photos of the damaged goods.
  • Specify the items you want to claim, including models, item numbers, colors, and quantities.

NOTE! In all cases, we must file the claim within 14 days after the package has been delivered to you. We also need a few days to process. We would like to receive your information within 10 days after you have received the package / the carrier has indicated that it has been delivered. If the required information is submitted too late, the claim will be denied by the insurance and there will be no right to compensation.
