Von diesen Triebwagen wurden bereits zur Eröffnung der Berninabahn zwischen 1908 und 1910 insgesamt 14 Fahrzeuge geliefert. 1943 wurde die Berninabahn von der Rhätischen Bahn übernommen, so auch diese Triebwagen – sie hatten das Ende der Nutzungsdauer noch nicht erreicht, allerdings liess ihre Leistungsfähigkeit zu wünschen übrig. So begann die RhB die vorhandenen Fahrzeuge in ihren eigenen Werkstätten zu modernisieren. Am auffälligsten waren der Ersatz des Lyrabügels durch einen Scherenstromabnehmer und der Umbau der Anfahr- und Bremswiderstände, diese waren zuvor unter dem Wagenboden angeordnet und wurden nun auf das Dach versetzt. Mit der Ablieferung neuer Triebwagen wurden diese Fahrzeuge mehr und mehr in untergeordnete Dienste verdrängt, aber erst mit der Ablieferung der neuen Allegra-Triebzüge im Jahre 2010 konnten sie – im stolzen Alter von 100 Jahren – ausgemustert werden. Doch zwei Triebwagen – die Nummern 30 und 34 – haben überlebt. Wieder in den Ursprungszustand mit der gelben Lackierung zurückversetzt, stehen sie auch heute noch im Sonderzugeinsatz vor historischen Zügen.

Ausgerüstet mit einem mfx/DCC-Decoder mit vielen Licht- und Soundfunktionen. Komplette Inneneinrichtung, Türen zum Öffnen, Haftreifen, Innenbeleuchtung und Führerstandsbeleuchtung. Länge über Puffer 64 cm.
