The LGB 54000 Super De Luxe is exclusively offered by Grootspoor.com.
We equip the display case with a custom-made mirror on the back panel. At the front, warm white LED lighting is installed. Using a special aluminum profile, the light is directed upward at an angle. This setup beautifully illuminates both the side and the underside of the locomotive.

The lighting profile is extremely low and black, allowing it to blend seamlessly into the display case. The light intensity can be adjusted in multiple steps.

We use the standard LGB 54000 display case as the base. No further modifications are made to the roller test stand, except for connecting a cable to supply power to the rails.

The display case has two cables: one for powering the rails and one for the LED lighting. Delivery includes an adjustable power supply for the lighting.

The locomotive shown in the photos inside the display case is not included in the scope of delivery.

The LGB 54000 is a display case with an integrated roller test stand, ideal for both showcasing and testing locomotives. It was originally designed for the American Shay gear drive steam locomotive but can also be used with other LGB models. The case includes 7 individually adjustable roller blocks for flexible positioning. The interior height of the case is 24 cm / 9.4 inches from the roller blocks.

The roller test stand is built from black anodized aluminum and mounted on a sturdy black acrylic base. Compatible with both digital and analog LGB/Märklin control systems. A digital control unit or analog locomotive controller is not included.
