Der Flexgleisspanner 45mm ist ein hochwertiges Werkzeug zum fixierten Biegen von Flexgleisen welches die Nacharbeit beim Erstellen individueller Gleisradien minimiert. Ab Fertigungsjahr 2022 eignet sich der Flexgleisspanner 45mm zum Biegen der Spurweiten G, IIm, I (Code 332, Code 250, Code 200) und ist damit erstmals auch für Spur 1 Gleise geeignet. Es ist aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigt. Der Biegevorgang ohne Flexgleisspanner führt zu ungleichen Gleislängen, da das innere Gleisprofil beim Biegen (in beide Richtungen) länger wird als das äußere Gleisprofil und ggf. verrutscht. Durch das Einsetzen des Flexgleisspanners, bewegt sich das fixierte Profil beim Biegen nur noch in eine Richtung und muss daher auch nur an einem Ende gekürzt werden. Das Biegen von Flexgleisen wird damit deutlich komfortabler.

Das Spannwerkzeug wird von oben an einem Ende des zu biegenden Gleises im Schwellenzwischenraum auf die Schienenprofile gesetzt und mit einer Rechtsdrehung des Spannhebels im Handumdrehen fixiert. Durch Verwendung eines professionellen Schnellspannhebels lässt sich der Flexgleisspanner komfortabel fixieren und die Position des Hebels individuell justieren. Nach dem Biegen wird der Flexgleisspanner durch gegensätzliches Betätigen des Schnellspannhebels wieder vom Gleis gelöst.
