Diese Straßenbahn wurde im April 1903 von der Gesellschaft „Electric Railway and Tramway Carriage Works“ gebaut und gehörte zu den 100 Wagen der Klasse B, die vom „London County Council“ in Auftrag gegeben worden waren.
Mit der Nummer 106 wurde sie bis 1925 als Passagierwagen verwendet, danach wurde sie mit der Nummer 022 als Schneeräumer eingesetzt. 1983 wurde die 106 ins „National Tramway Museum“ von Crich (Derbyshire) gebracht, wo sie heute noch besichtigt werden kann. Insgesamt hat die Straßenbahn im Passagierverkehr mehr als 10.000 Meilen zurückgelegt. Ursprünglich war sie mit zwei 25-PS-Motoren vom Typ DK25A (Dick Kerr) ausgerüstet, die 1927 dann durch 42-PS-Motoren der Marke Westinghouse vom Typ 220 ersetzt wurden.
An den Rädern ist sie mit Handbremsen ausgerüstet, die Betriebsbremse ist eine rheostatische Bremse. 1908 wurden magnetische Bremsen installiert.
