Das Modell wird über alle drei Achsen angetrieben. Es gibt die vielen, baureihentypischen Jalousien und Lüftergitter des Vorbilds präzise wider, besitzt freistehende Griffstangen, den mit der Änderung der Fahrtrichtung erforderlichen Lichtwechsel, ist für Digitalbetrieb vorbereitet und kann mit einem Soundmodul nachgerüstet werden.
