POLA 330877 Gatekeeper’s Lodge in 1:22.5 / G scale, offered as a built and additionally weathered model.

The building consists of a gatekeeper’s lodge with an attached shed and features a rendered façade with exposed stone detailing. The main building has a red tiled roof, while the extension has a contrasting grey roof covering. Further details include window shutters, chimneys and gutters.

The building stands on a base with railings and a large black railway bell installation. The façades, roofs and various details have been painted and weathered.

Dimensions: approximately 365 x 335 x 270 mm.

The built model shows construction and usage marks. Traces are visible on the roof edges, base and various smaller components. Please examine the photographs carefully for the exact condition and configuration.
